1. 誰が提供しているか

アプリ「祭りノックダウン」（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人開発者が提供しています。お問い合わせ先は matsuri-knockdown@proton.me です。

2. 集めない情報

本アプリは、氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレス・生年月日・顔写真といった、あなたを特定できる情報を一切求めません。入力する画面もありません。

連絡先・写真・位置情報・マイク・カメラへのアクセスも行いません。アカウントの登録もありません。

3. 端末の中に保存されるもの

遊びの進行状況（クリアした面・★・景品券・特殊弾・スタミナ・図鑑・実績・設定など）を、お使いの端末の中に保存します。

これらは端末の中だけにあり、開発者が読むことはできません。アプリを削除すると一緒に消えます。

4. 匿名の利用状況

難しさの調整や不具合を見つけるために、遊んだ様子を匿名で開発者へ送ります。送るのは、どの面まで進んだか・面の勝ち負けとかかった時間・使ったモード・ショップや広告・アプリ内購入の利用の有無・アプリの版と表示言語・端末の言語の設定・アプリで起きたエラーの文です。

端末ごとに作った乱数の番号で区別するだけで、氏名などあなたを特定できる情報や、広告識別子（IDFA）は送りません。トラッキングには使いません。送った情報は、開発者の Google のサービス（Google Apps Script とスプレッドシート）に保存されます。

アプリの「設定」の「匿名の利用状況を送る」をオフにすると、送らなくなります。

5. 通知

スタミナが満タンになった時に、端末の中だけで通知を出します（許可した場合のみ）。通知のために外部へ情報を送ることはありません。

6. 広告について

本アプリは Unity Technologies の広告配信サービス（Unity LevelPlay）を使って広告を表示します。広告の配信事業者は、広告の表示・最適化・効果測定・不正の防止のために、広告識別子（IDFA）、端末や OS の種類、おおよその地域（IP アドレスから推定）、広告の表示やタップの記録などの情報を取得することがあります。

iOS では、広告識別子をトラッキングに使う前に、端末から許可を求める画面が表示されます。許可しない選択ができ、その場合でも本アプリは問題なく遊べます（広告は表示されます）。許可はいつでも iOS の「設定」から変更できます。

7. アプリ内購入について

アプリ内購入は Apple の仕組み（App Store）で行われます。支払いの情報を本アプリや開発者が受け取ることはありません。購入した物の記録は端末の中に保存します。

8. 第三者への提供

開発者は、あなたに関する情報を第三者へ販売・提供しません（上記の広告配信事業者が自ら取得するものを除きます）。ただし、法令に基づく開示の求めがあった場合はこの限りではありません。

9. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳未満の方から個人情報を意図的に集めることはありません。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

内容を変更した場合は、このページに掲載します。掲載した時点から変更後の内容が適用されます。

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Matsuri Knockdown (the "App") is provided by an individual developer. Contact: matsuri-knockdown@proton.me

2. Information we do not collect

The App never asks for information that identifies you, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth or photos. There is no account registration.

The App does not access your contacts, photos, location, microphone or camera.

3. Data stored on your device

Your game progress (cleared stages, stars, prize tickets, special shots, stamina, collection, achievements and settings) is stored only on your device. The developer cannot read it. It is deleted when you delete the App.

4. Anonymous usage data

To tune difficulty and find bugs, the App sends anonymous play data to the developer: how far you have progressed, stage wins and losses and how long they took, which modes you used, whether you used the shop, ads or in-app purchases, the app version and display language, your device's language setting, and the text of errors that occurred in the App.

Data is grouped only by a random number created on your device. It does not include your name or anything that identifies you, or the advertising identifier (IDFA), and it is not used for tracking. The data is stored in the developer's Google services (Google Apps Script and Google Sheets).

You can stop sending it at any time with "Send anonymous usage data" in the App's Settings.

5. Notifications

If you allow it, the App shows a local notification when your stamina is full. No information is sent anywhere for this.

6. Advertising

The App shows ads through Unity LevelPlay, an advertising service by Unity Technologies. The ad providers may collect information such as the advertising identifier (IDFA), device and OS type, approximate region (estimated from the IP address) and records of ad views and taps, to show, optimize and measure ads and to prevent fraud.

On iOS, you are asked for permission before the advertising identifier is used for tracking. You can decline, and the App remains fully playable (ads are still shown). You can change this at any time in iOS Settings.

7. In-app purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Apple (the App Store). Neither the App nor the developer receives your payment information. A record of what you bought is stored on your device.

8. Sharing with third parties

The developer does not sell or share information about you with third parties (other than what the ad providers above collect themselves), except when required by law.

9. Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

Changes will be posted on this page and take effect when posted.
